Working principle

The gear pump rotates to suck out the hydraulic oil from the oil tank, and the high-pressure oil from the main oil pump reaches the multi-way valve, which is divided into two parts by the multi-way valve and the diverter valve therein: one part is distributed to the steering gear at a constant flow rate, to control the steering cylinder. The other part distributes the high pressure oil to the various hydraulic control mechanisms. When each spool valve of the multi-way valve is in the neutral position, the high-pressure oil returns directly to the oil tank from the channel; when the lifting spool valve is pulled, the high-pressure oil passes through the throttle valve, and then pushes the piston rod upward from the underside of the lifting cylinder piston. When the lifting slide valve is pushed, the lower part of the piston of the lift cylinder is connected to the low pressure, and the piston rod is lowered by its own weight and cargo weight. At this time, the oil flowing out of the lift cylinder passes through the throttle valve to control the descending speed: when the tilt slide valve is operated At the time, the high pressure oil can flow into the front cavity (rear cavity) of the tilting cylinder, and the other side is communicated with the low pressure, so that the gantry can complete the backward or forward tilting action. In the same way, the traverse movement, cargo platform inclination and jack control slide valve can be manipulated respectively to realize the three actions of gantry lateral movement, cargo platform inclination and jack extension.
